Come enjoy a magical program that transforms the stage into a wondrous showplace of unforgettable entertainment! Colorful, flashing costumes…state-of-the-art sound reinforcement…professional, stylized choreography.
Re-Creation USA, Inc., is a non-profit corporation now under the direction of Jay Muller.
A free will offering will be taken with all proceeds going to Re-Creation.

Silent Auction – At the library. Bids may be placed until 3:00 on Dec. 7. Items: 2 limited issue framed and matted prints by artist Dennis Park – Great Horned Owl and Bradford Meeting. Framed and matted 1897 map of Downingtown. Hand-made afghan.

Parkesburg’s First Annual Christmas Parade
Will be held on Sunday, December 8, 2013. Participants will line up at 1:00PM at the Duie Pyle parking lot on Limestone Road, and the Parade will start at 2:00PM.
The Parade will march down First Avenue and end at the Keystone Valley Fire Department. Santa will be there to take pictures with the children. After pictures with Santa there will be a tree lighting ceremony in front of the firehouse with a beautiful tree from The Tree Doctors.
Please join your friends and neighbors, the Keystone Valley Fire Department, Keystone Valley Junior Fire Fighters, The National Guard, four Local Girl and Boy Scout Troops, VFW Ladies Auxiliary, VFW Riders (weather permitting), The Parkesburg Lions Club, Fulton Bank, Lanchester Relay for Life, Parkesburg Baptist Church, Parkesburg Methodist Church, Octorara High School Band, Susquehanna Bank, The Coatesville Flower Shop, Local Churches and Youth Groups, two antique car groups, and Uncle Sam.

Following the Parade and pictures with Santa, head to Minch Park for The Lighting of the Christmas Tree sponsored by the Parkesburg Area Business Association at 6:00PM and The Live Nativity at 7:00PM sponsored by the Parkesburg Baptist Church. An annual Tradition to Enjoy Together! The rain date for those events will be December 15.
